3 - National Night Out 2010 - August 3, 2010, 6:00
PM until 9:00 PM.
“Give Neighborhood Crime and Drugs A Going Away Party”
remains a national theme. This theme has proven to be helpful
in involving all levels of our community to get out and
get involved in National Night Out. There
will be a special performance by: Jason Corbiere.
He will be performing from 6PM until
9PM. See

11 - Citizen's Band Concert. They
will be back again on August 11th from 7:30-8:30.
- October
10 - NEFCU's 3rd Annual Giant Pumpkin Regatta & Festival
- hosted by Linking Learning to Life (a Burlington non-profit),
the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the
VT Giant Vegetable Growers Association. The event will happen
on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the Burlington Waterfront
from 10-3pm. The event features a giant pumpkin regatta
with community members racing giant hollowed out pumpkins
on Lake Champlain in addition to a fun-filled family festival.
The festival includes local food vendors providing yummy
fall food, craft vendors, kids' activities, pie eating contests,
and a fall inspired pet costume contest! The event is a
fundraiser for Linking Learning to Life's PILOT program.
The event is free and open to the public. For more information,
